Manhattan Beach Post 1142 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

This hotspot serves up shareable plates with big and unique flavors. While the menu rotates seasonally, a few favorites never leave (shoutout to the legendary bacon cheddar buttermilk biscuits). Chef David LeFevre's food is loved all around Manhattan Beach; also at Fishing with Dynamite and Arthur J. With craft cocktails flowing, beautiful greenery everywhere, and a buzzing scene, this Michelin-recognized spot is sophisticated, yet laid-back.

MB Post is celebrating their 14th Anniversary on Tuesday, May 6. They will have a fixed menu for $95/person. Reserve a table before spots run out!

Local Business Spotlight

Beachside Tacos + Palmita Cafe

These people are the real deal.

We were driving east on Beryl, a bit hungry, when we passed a “TACOS” sign in front of someone’s home. Needless to say: an immediate U-turn was pulled.

This family runs a catering company, but also sets up shop on the corner of Beryl and Paulina Ave every now and then. They’re selling homemade breakfast burritos, tacos, rice and beans, and Puerto Rican coffee drinks. Enjoy, and tell Eva we said hi!

We would love to feature your small business in the South Bay Newsletter. Reply to this email & give us some backstory.

Yes, we are real people. Yes, we read the emails you send us!

Classic May weather ahead! Morning fogs burn off by 11am, leaving behind 65-70°F beach days with a light breeze in the afternoon.
